OBJECTIVE

Pakistan Tobacco Company wanted to Collect Smokers Data and to eliminate the paper process to record data along with the verification of consumers contacted by their Brand Ambassadors.

STRATEGY

The Mobile Advantage Company proposed an SMS based Solution to add consumer data, On-Spot verification of the Consumer Mobile Number, Database to maintain consumer data & dashboard to brand ambassador activity and Reporting engine to view customised reports.

RESULT

The SMS based solution eliminated Paper filing, Consumer information verification on the spot ensuring that data is valid. The Human error element was eliminated. PTC is now collecting 10,000 data every month with approximately verified consumer data.
