VOLTA wanted a system by which they could activate the warranties of their genuine products and eliminate the excess of grey products.

STRATEGY

The Mobile Advantage Company proposed a solution in which the customer will activate the warranty of their product through SMS and they will be added to the Customer Loyalty program. In Loyalty program, VOLTA will distribute various prizes to their customers. The solution helped VOLTA to gather the data of customers by their responses, they can also reach out to them through SMS. VOLTA can also reach out to the targeted audience through the MAD SMS solution.

RESULT

After launching the campaign VOLTA started getting responses from their customers. Thousands of customers interacted which created a healthy database for VOLTA for their future campaigns and promotions.
