OBJECTIVE

OSAKA wanted a simple system by which their customer could activate the warranties of their products and OSAKA could reach out to their customers as well.

STRATEGY

MAD proposed a solution in which the customer will activate the warranty of their product by sending their warranty card numbers to the associated short code through SMS. To gather the customer data MAD created a Customer Loyalty Program in which customer will be added into the lucky draw after proving the required information. Osaka can also reach out to their customers by using MAD SMS solution for their future promotions.

RESULT

Osaka received a very good response from their customers which helped them in gathering the data of their customers. People also showed interest for the future campaigns and promotions.
