Case Study: Fair & Lovely Brand Promotion

OBJECTIVE

Fair & Lovely wanted to gather the data of their customer and create a loyalty club which can be used for promotions for the brand.

STRATEGY

MAD helped them to design a campaign by offering Masked SMS broadcast to all the women between 18 – 35 age limit across all the major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad and Multan. MAD also helped F&L by creating a dashboard to analyse the gathered data from the designed campaign.

RESULT

After the launch of the campaign, the audience started to respond. Fair & Lovely received thousands of SMS from the targeted audience. The campaign also helped F&L in promoting the brand through the SMS. A huge buzz was created among the ladies which also caused increase in sales.
